[ARCHIVED] Linda Davis' Celebration of Life

linda davis

Leave your sadness at the door; bring your stories and your laughs. We will begin in the celebration at noon in the auditorium. Following we will then head down to the cafe for refreshments and drinks; so we may gather and reminisce.

In true Linda fashion, she wanted the Food Pantry to benefit from her passing. There will be an M&M guessing game (by donation), and Linda's favorite food trucks will be outside, where you may purchase lunch and bring back inside. A portion of the profits from the food trucks will also benefit the Linda C. Davis Food Pantry.

In lieu of flowers, you may bring a nonperishable item to donate to the Food Pantry, or there will be places where you may make a financial contribution, if you wish to do so. Linda's favorite color was red, and she truly wanted this to be a happy occasion and requested that everyone wear an item of red! For those who cannot attend, the Celebration will be streamed. The link for streaming will be posted on and social media. For those who would like to make monetary donation to the Linda C. Davis Food Pantry, you may do so at

When parking at Ledyard High, please enter from the Gallup Hill Road entrance (Colonel Ledyard entrance will be closed.)
