Pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 12-55 of the Connecticut General Statutes, you are hereby notified that the assessor has assessed your property for the Grand List of October 1, 2015 at the newly adjusted market value.
If you do not agree with the assessment, you may appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals. Applications to the Board will be available in the Assessor’s Office February 1, 2016 through February 20, 2016 and must be in the Assessor’s Office by February 20, 2016. You will then be notified by mail of the date of your meeting with the Board of Assessment Appeal.
