Office hours for the WPCA are as Follows:
From July 1 to 21: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 PM at the Ledyard Town Hall 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.
From July 22 Onward: Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. - 4:30P.M. WPCA business will be conducted at the Groton Utilities Office located at 295 Meridian St., Groton, CT.
