At a minimum motorists should expect one-lane traffic and associated delays. This notice is provided that motorists, and especially local residents, may plan for these travel restrictions. Residents living within the workzone will still have access to and from their homes. Access will also be maintained for school bus and emergency vehicle traffic, unless complete closure is unavoidable. Where this will not be the case, adequate notice will be given to the appropriate parties. Residents and motorists are specifically advised that Avery Hill Road from Route 214 to Bittersweet Drive will be closed to through traffic during normal working hours for the week of June 3rd.
