Ledyard Community Facilities Assessment
Documents Dated 6/6/2011:
Q&A
A question has been raised concerning the insurance requirements for the study and their impact on the ability of small firms to fulfill the requirements. The Facilities Improvement RFP was issued as a "stand alone" document and we are not in a position to issue addendum. However, should an interested firm take exception to any requirement or stipulation, they should clearly indicate the exception and the rational for their disagreement within their proposal. The Committee's goal is to work with the consultant which best meets our community's needs and they will consider valid exceptions. The following questions have been asked:
  1. The page limit is indicated as 30 pages; does this mean 30 sheets, or 30 sides of a page (and therefore 15 sheets)?
Answer: The 30 page limit is for 30 written pages.
  2. With regard to the Title Page, is there a specific format you would like us to follow and specific information you would like us to provide, or will a standard proposal cover with the RFQ title, date, and Bid # suffice?
Answer: We have not specified a format.
  3. Would you prefer that our proposal cover not be laminated?
    Answer
    : No preference.
