Individuals needing assistance paying their heating bills this winter are encouraged to apply for (CEAP)Connecticut Energy Assistance Program.  This program is administered by TVCCA (Thames Valley Council for Community Action)

Ledyard Social Services serves as an Intake Site for 2023-2024 applications.  Gales Ferry & Ledyard Residents may contact Social Services at 860-464-3222 to book an appointment in person or over the phone.   Please bring the required documentation to your appointment.  (see below)
